Please use the online registration form to register. The following personal data is required for registration: Surname, first name, company, function, address, contact details (e-mail address, telephone number). You will then receive a confirmation of registration and an invoice to the e-mail address provided at the time of registration.
The conference fees are exempt from VAT in accordance with § 4 (22) UStG.

Invoice and payment:
The invoice will be sent electronically to the e-mail address provided by the event participant during the registration process. The invoice amount is due immediately and must be credited to the specified bank account no later than 14 days after receipt of the invoice. It is also possible to pay the invoice immediately via PayPal or by credit card. You will only receive your Print@Home ticket as a PDF by e-mail once payment has been received.
Participant management: ticket, name badge and access control
After registration and receipt of payment, you will receive your Print@Home ticket by e-mail as a PDF with a personal QR code. You can scan this ticket at one of the counters or self-service stations on the day of the event and receive your name badge.
If you register during the event days, you will receive your name badge directly on site after paying the ticket fee.
The name badge gives you access to the event area and gives you access to the booked event areas. The scan of your name badge in conjunction with a comparison of the data with those in the event's database system will determine the legitimacy of your participation.
Please wear your name badge visibly at all times. Transferring the name badge is not permitted. Misuse of the name badge constitutes a serious breach of the conditions of participation by the participant and may result in immediate exclusion from the BVL Supply Chain CX. We reserve the right to take further legal action, in particular claims for damages.
By scanning the name badge, participation-related data is collected and processed for the further development and improvement of the event offer. This is done with the greatest possible data economy and confidentiality.
Hotel allotments:
The use of BVL hotel contingents is linked to participation in BVL Supply Chain CX 2025. By successfully registering for the event, you give your consent for the hotel team to contact you by telephone and e-mail.
Photo and film rights:
In the course of events, BVL or third parties commissioned by BVL may make photo and video recordings in which the participant is recognizable. The recordings are used for BVL's own advertising purposes, in particular for publication on the Internet and other media. By booking a ticket and participating in the event, the participant agrees to the publication of the photos and videos in which he/she is depicted for the above-mentioned purposes.
All image and publication rights are held by the organizer.
Recording of the event is not permitted.
Data protection is important to us: processing, list of participants, partnering
The Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) e.V. will treat your data confidentially and will only use it in accordance with the data protection regulations pursuant to the GDPR. By registering, you accept the conditions of participation and in particular agree that photos, video and audio recordings as well as your event-related personal data may be used for marketing and PR purposes. Furthermore, you agree that the data relating to the company named by you may be published in the list of participants for the event (online and printed) and on the name badge for this event. A mention in the printed list of participants can only be made possible for participants who register by October 4, 2024 (editorial deadline).
By participating in the event, you also consent to the transfer of data to our partner companies, in particular to our partner companies contacting you by e-mail. The visitor's personal data such as name, company, function and e-mail address may be passed on to partners and sponsors of individual event formats if you have attended this sequence. As a visitor, you consent to being contacted by these partners and sponsors. You can find more information on this in our data protection information.
Our partners and sponsors must also comply with the provisions of the GDPR when handling your data and delete data in due course. We cannot provide detailed information on this and refer you to the data protection information of the respective company. A mention in the printed list of participants can only be made possible for participants who register by October 9, 2024 (editorial deadline).
Cancellation by participants:
Please understand that Super Early Bird tickets cannot be cancelled.
Right of withdrawal for consumers:
If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (i.e. a natural person who registers for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with your registration within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of your registration. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) e.V., Schlachte 31, 28195 Bremen, phone: 0421 / 173 84 0, e-mail: ticketing@bvl.de, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g. by e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
Miscellaneous:
As part of the event, exhibition, sponsoring and media partners accredited and authorized by the organizer will carry out advertising activities contractually agreed with the organizer. All advertising activities by partners or other persons that deviate from this and are not approved by the organizer are prohibited and will lead to immediate exclusion from the event and, if necessary, to further legal action (e.g. claims for damages).
The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Bremen.
The organizers reserve the right to change the program.
