How to register:
Use the registration option on the Internet or the registration hotline at +49 421 173 84 38 for your registration. You will then receive a registration confirmation and invoice. Please make sure to transfer the invoice amount, stating the invoice number, before the start of the event.
Included in the registration fee:
The conference fees are subject to Belgian VAT.
Please note that the event will take place in the EU state of Belgium. During the tour of the North Sea Port, the Belgian-Dutch border will also be crossed by bus and boat. Participants are required to carry necessary documents (e.g. identity card, visa, secondment certificate) for the border crossing.
By registering and paying the participation fee, you are entitled to the following benefits:

- Visit to the accompanying trade exhibition
- Participation in the tour and networking lunch at Essers (incl. bus ride)
- Participation in the North Sea Port tour (by bus and ship)

Invoice and payment
The invoice will be sent electronically to the event attendee's email address. If the invoice is to be sent to a separate e-mail address, please enter this e-mail address in the "Remarks" field in the registration form. The invoice must be credited to our bank account before the event begins. It is also possible to pay the invoice by credit card before the start of the event or on site.
Registration of Participants
You will receive your conference documents and name badge at the registration counter on September 7, 2022 at the departure of the buses to Essers (option 1), at the departure of the buses to the North Sea Port tour (option 2), at the evening event from 19:00 or at the event counter on September 8, 2022 from 08:30. The name badge is your admission ticket. Please wear it clearly visible at all times.
Transfer of the admission ticket and name badge is not permitted. Misuse of the admission card/name badge constitutes a serious breach of the conditions of participation by the participant and may result in immediate expulsion from the German Logistics Congress. We reserve the right to take further legal action, in particular claims for damages.
Photo and film rights
The event will be documented by photographers and a video team in order to publish the recordings on the Internet and in the media for PR purposes after the event.
Data protection
The Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) e.V. will treat your data confidentially and will only use it in accordance with data protection regulations. By registering, you acknowledge the conditions of participation and also agree in particular that the photos and your event-related personal data, as well as the data on the company you have named, will be published in the list of participants and on the name badge for this event. All image and publication rights are held by the organizer.
Participants who register after August 25, 2022 (editorial deadline) are not entitled to be mentioned in the list of participants.
Cancellation
Cancellation by participants:
Please understand that cancellations must be made in writing. For booking changes due to incomplete or incorrect participant information, a processing fee of 60,50 € (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. For cancellations after July 1, 2022, a cancellation fee of 181,50 € (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged.
For cancellations after August 1, 2022 and for no-shows, the full fee will be charged. In case of prevention, a substitute participant can be named in writing.
Miscellaneous
All promotional activities not expressly approved by the organizer are prohibited.
Place of performance and jurisdiction is Bremen.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program.
