Farewell, Great Britannia – no more rule da waves,
When leaving EU now, for whatever it takes,
Please never forget, dear, our roots are the same,
It’s not just Brussels to throw on all the shame!
Your remain Europeans since Romans showed up,
We‘ve a lot more to tell and sell in this great old club
We keep strongly connected, I give you my word,
Not just by the tunnel as umbilical cord.
Economically stronger alone, don’t believe in that,
Farewell, old Britannia, I’m lifting my hat!
